The Marin County Flood Control & Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors encourages a respectful dialogue that supports freedom of speech and values diversity of opinion. The Advisory Board may elect to take formal action on any of the items listed below.

2. | Evaluation of Channel Capacity Improvement Options at East and West Creek
See attached Draft Tech Memo: Task 2 and Task 3 Flood Risk Reduction Alternative Development. Geomorph Design will provide a presentation at the meeting. The presentation will include diagrams and preliminary cost estimates. These documents will be finalized based on feedback from the advisory board and brought back at the October 2023 Zone 4 Advisory Board meeting. |
3. | Greenwood Bay Condominiums Seawall Project
The Greenwood Bay HOA will have an opportunity to share information about this project with the Advisory Board. |
4. | Open Time for Items Not on the Agenda
While members of the public are welcome to address the Advisory Board, under the Brown Act Board members may not deliberate or take action on items not on the agenda, and generally may only listen. |

GUIDELINES FOR TIME LIMITS ON PRESENTATION AND PUBLIC TESTIMONY
The Flood Control Zone Advisory Board meeting procedure and time limit guidelines are as follows: |

Before the Meeting: Email comments to floodinquiry@marincounty.org no later than 2pm on July 25 including a name and the agenda item number being responded to; if the comment is general include “Agenda Item 4 – Open Time for Items Not on the Agenda”. |
