Recommended Action: Recommend the District Board of Supervisors approve a funding agreement with Mill Valley in the amount of $3,015,000 for Tidal Flooding Studies and Projects in Mill Valley, Drainage Studies and Database Development, Arroyo Corte Madera del Presidio Drainage Improvements, and Sycamore Pump Station Replacement.

- Flood Zone 3 Investment Strategy Ad-Hoc Subcommittee Update (Informational Item)
- Review Proposed Budget for FYs 2024-25 and 2025-26 (Action Item)
Recommended Action: Recommend the District Board of Supervisors approve the proposed Zone 3 baseline budgets for the fiscal years from July 2024 to June 2026.

At the meeting: comments can be provided during each agenda item following these procedures and time limits.
